The Bresle Patch is a critical component in testing for soluble salt contamination on metal surfaces prior to coating. Applied directly to the substrate, the adhesive patch creates a leak-proof chamber into which deionized water is injected. After a controlled dwell time, the solution is extracted and analyzed to determine salt levels that could cause premature coating failure. The patch’s transparent film allows for visual monitoring of bubbles and fluid levels during the test. Ideal for both field and lab use, it ensures surfaces meet industry cleanliness standards.Supplied in packs of 35.
